Ghostly Bear Games develops video games and supporting services to provide entertainment to its customers. In the operation of these games and services we will at times interact with customers’ personal data. Ghostly Bear Games hosts its services in the United States. By using our services you authorize Ghostly Bear Games, LLC to transfer, store, and use your information in the United States and other locations we may operate services. Ghostly Bear Games retains operationally required data for the lifetime of your account.
